Trách nhiệm chính
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện và hoàn thành chỉ tiêu doanh số của cửa hàng.
- Thành thạo kiến thức sản phẩm để hướng dẫn nhân viên bán hàng và hỗ trợ.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chương trình khuyến mãi đến người tiêu dùng.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng và xử lý hiệu quả các phản hồi.
- Quản lý tồn kho, đảo hạn sản phẩm, kiểm soát hàng hư hỏng và báo cáo hàng ngày.
- Đặt hàng và đảm bảo hàng hóa đầy đủ, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn trưng bày Planogram.
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm và duy trì hình ảnh cửa hàng chuyên nghiệp.
- Tuân thủ quy định chuyển doanh thu bán hàng cho Vinamilk.
- Quản lý, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh của cửa hàng và nhân viên.
- Kiểm soát chi phí vận hành cửa hàng như điện, nước.
- Đào tạo chuyên môn cho nhân viên về bán hàng, quản lý tiền mặt và hệ thống.
- Tăng doanh thu thông qua phát triển khách hàng và tối ưu hóa hóa đơn.
- Quản lý nhân sự, tránh xung đột và báo cáo cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ theo quy định của Vinamilk.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý bán hàng tại siêu thị hoặc công ty bán lẻ quy mô lớn.
- Kiến thức tốt trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ.
- Khả năng nắm bắt kiến thức sản phẩm nhanh, linh hoạt.
- Kỹ năng phát triển mối quan hệ để giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập trung bình từ 13.000.000 đến 17.000.000 VND/tháng.
- Lương cứng: 9.000.000 VND/tháng.
- Hoa hồng: 4.000.000 đến 8.000.000 VND/tháng.
