Drive end-to-end outreach to identify, negotiate, and onboard creators (top-tier to UGC) specializing in Tiktok Shop live streams and shoppable short-form videos.
Leverage existing social commerce & creator network relationships to scale affiliate partner acquisition quickly.
Develop compelling, data-driven proposal decks to pitch creators across different tiers.
Deep dive into US affiliate trends, viral product formats, and creator key features to uplift GMV performance.
Analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, ROAS, GMV, retention) to optimize high-performing video & LIVE segments.
Make data-driven adjustments to product strategies and commission structures.
Day-to-day engagement and follow-ups with creators to ensure long-term partnership & growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

2+ years of proven track record in affiliate marketing, creator management and social commerce (US market experience preferred).
Native or fluent English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets, affiliate platforms, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical and logical thinking; comfortable making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate for US-market creator outreach and delivering dedicated commitment under pressure.

Competitive base salary (negotiable) + attractive Commission + Performance-based bonuses.
