Trách nhiệm chính
- Support and drive international student recruitment to meet enrollment targets and maximize application conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, engaging agents, coordinating follow-ups, conducting campus tours, and providing advisory support.
- Analyze recruitment data to monitor trends, measure progress, and refine strategies.
- Represent department at internal and external meetings, workshops, and visits, delivering presentations and ensuring timely provision of promotional materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with international recruitment partners, holding regular calls, tracking performance, and providing guidance.
- Support market intelligence efforts by monitoring regional trends, preparing reports, and tracking marketing-related claims and expenditure.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency, operational readiness, and alignment of recruitment initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a sales-related industry.
- Ability to identify opportunities, work well under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective, strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service-oriented approach and warm, friendly disposition.
- Meticulous, IT-savvy, proactive team player with critical thinking skills, positive attitude, and ability to build strong working relationships.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập hàng tháng dao động từ 20,000,000₫ đến 30,000,000₫.
