Trách nhiệm chính

  • Đảm nhận vai trò VJ/MC lên hình trên TikTok, Facebook và các mạng xã hội.
  • Chủ động research, tổng hợp thông tin phù hợp với định hướng kênh.
  • Lên kế hoạch nội dung (content planning) và đề xuất hướng triển khai.
  • Xây dựng outline và viết kịch bản chi tiết cho video.
  • Phối hợp với ekip quay phim để đảm bảo nội dung đúng định hướng.
  • Cập nhật xu hướng và đề xuất ý tưởng nội dung mới.
  • Đóng góp xây dựng hình ảnh, phong cách và định hướng cho kênh.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp trở lên.
  • Có ngoại hình sáng, tự tin và khả năng lên hình tốt.
  • Khả năng diễn đạt rõ ràng, tự nhiên và thu hút.
  • Kỹ năng research và chọn lọc thông tin tốt.
  • Tư duy lập kế hoạch và xây dựng nội dung logic.
  • Khả năng viết kịch bản video hấp dẫn cho mạng xã hội.
  • Nhạy bén với các xu hướng mới.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm VJ, MC, Content Creator hoặc TikTok Creator.
  • Có portfolio, kênh cá nhân hoặc video từng tham gia là một lợi thế.

Mức lương

  • Mức thu nhập từ 8 đến 10 triệu VNĐ/tháng, trao đổi chi tiết theo năng lực.
