description 직무 소개

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Thực hiện chấm công, tính lương và tính thuế TNCN.
  • Xử lý các nghiệp vụ và chế độ BHXH cho người lao động.
  • Phụ trách tuyển dụng và hỗ trợ onboard nhân sự mới.
  • Soạn thảo thông báo, quyết định, quy định và Hợp đồng lao động.
  • Lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân sự.
  • Làm việc với nhà cung cấp về mua sắm và sửa chữa.
  • Thanh toán các khoản chi phí cố định và không cố định tại Công ty.
  • Thực hiện truyền thông nội bộ và tổ chức các hoạt động nội bộ, year end party.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của BLĐ.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp - Nghề trở lên.
  • Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm HCNS tổng hợp, bao gồm ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm về lương và thuế TNCN.
  • Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và tin học văn phòng.
  • Có kỹ năng quản lý, phân tích số liệu và khả năng chịu áp lực công việc tốt.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương từ 13.000.000 VNĐ.
  • Lương thực nhận 13.000.000 VNĐ net.

  • Được hưởng chế độ nghỉ phép, nghỉ lễ theo quy định.
