Research and develop Science curriculum, ensuring consistency between standards, outcomes, and assessment methods.
Design teaching strategies, instructional materials, sample lesson plans, and student learning projects.
Compose assessment tools such as test banks, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
Develop operations manuals and provide training for school managers and teachers regarding curriculum implementation.
Create action plans to monitor and improve teacher performance.
Lead quality assurance (QA-QC) efforts, including regular classroom observations and exam design.
Analyze student learning data and provide monthly reports to leadership.
Support teacher recruitment and staffing processes.
Maintain an updated inventory of educational research and professional resources.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
Experience in inter-departmental coordination within high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Profound knowledge of Science curriculum and deep understanding of Vietnamese student needs.
Expertise in curriculum mapping and educational program implementation.
Ability to train staff and oversee system-level quality assurance.
Must pass identity, reference, and criminal background checks as part of safeguarding standards.
