description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Phân bổ nhiệm vụ theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Theo dõi tiến độ và bảo đảm hoàn thành kế hoạch hằng ngày, hằng tuần.
- Phát hiện và xử lý các điểm tắc nghẽn trong quy trình.
- Cải tiến thao tác, dụng cụ và quy trình công nghệ.
- Giảm thời gian chuyển đổi chuyền và nâng cao năng suất.
- Kiểm soát việc cấp phát và tiêu hao nguyên vật liệu.
- Quản lý chất lượng và xử lý sản phẩm không đạt.
- Triển khai hoạt động cải tiến liên tục, 5S và an toàn lao động.
- Xây dựng đội ngũ nhân viên đa kỹ năng và kế hoạch đào tạo OJT.
- Quản lý việc kiểm tra, bảo dưỡng thiết bị.
- Theo dõi các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự ổn định của nhân viên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Trung tốt.
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất.
- Hiểu và vận dụng được quản lý tinh gọn, 5S và cải tiến hiện trường.
- Khả năng quản lý tiến độ, chất lượng, vật tư, thiết bị và nhân sự.
- Có thể làm việc tại Long Thành, Đồng Nai.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại doanh nghiệp Trung Quốc.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 22.000.000 đến 28.000.000 VNĐ Gross/tháng.
Phúc lợi
- Tham gia bảo hiểm trên tổng lương.
- Tham gia bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24.
- Xét tăng lương hằng năm.
- Thưởng lương tháng 13.
- Hưởng đầy đủ chế độ phúc lợi theo quy định.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc trực tiếp từ 07:30 đến 16:30, Thứ Hai đến Thứ Bảy.
