Establish and maintain the accounting system for the Company.
Develop procedures to control production, business, operating, fixed asset, and construction investment costs.
Manage, forecast, and control cash flow to meet working capital and investment needs.
Review and process accounting transactions; manage daily activities including payments, receipts, invoices, and expenses.
Resolve issues within the accounting team and with external parties.
Manage accounting staff and collaborate with related departments.
Monitor and analyze customers and suppliers regarding receivables and payables to advise on business decisions.
Supervise tax report preparation (CIT, PIT, VAT, license tax) and annual tax finalization.
Maintain proper filing and storage of accounting documents and books.
Ensure all financial activities comply with legal regulations and update policies as needed.
Liaise with government authorities (Tax, Statistics, Planning and Investment) during inspections and audits.
Coordinate with auditing firms and supervisory boards regarding financial statements.
Advise the Board of Directors on tax, finance, and accounting policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Male/Female, aged 32-45.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Banking.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant, preferably in agricultural or manufacturing sectors.
Strong background in cost calculation and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
Good command of English for daily communication.
Proficient in FAST Accounting Software.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and overtime during reporting periods.
