Trách nhiệm chính
- Communicate directly with Japanese clients to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements between Japanese and Vietnamese/English teams.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of specifications.
- Review system design, source code, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with customer expectations.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical reviews for team members.
- Support project planning, timeline estimation, and progress management.
- Monitor project quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in meetings with clients (daily/weekly) and prepare required documentation.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- 5+ years of PHP development experience.
- Practical experience with Java development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS development and cloud services.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or reviewing team members.
- Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 or higher.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively handle issues.
