Trách nhiệm chính
- Communicate complex architectural and technical requirements fluently in Japanese with clients and engineering teams.
- Clarify user stories, align business processes, and author detailed technical specifications and documentation.
- Balance BrSE duties with project management tasks to monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and meet delivery milestones.
- Investigate technical issues, manage change requests, and coordinate system enhancement activities.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) or in an equivalent technical liaison role.
- Japanese Fluency: Business or native proficiency (JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 required).
- Solid foundation in software engineering and practical application development.
- Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects or working on-site in Japan.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field.

- Background in cloud infrastructure or data projects.

- Up to 65,000,000₫ per month.
