Trách nhiệm chính
- Facilitate clear, accurate communication on complex technical topics between Japanese stakeholders and the local development team.
- Clarify system specifications, manage change requests, and align business workflows with engineering tasks.
- Combine BrSE and lightweight project management duties to ensure on-time delivery and team alignment.
- Investigate production issues, coordinate system enhancements, and address client inquiries.
- Translate, prepare, and maintain technical documents and reports.
Yêu cầu
- Business/Native Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BrSE or similar client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a practical software development foundation.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and directly managing Japanese client relationships.
- Prior experience working onsite in Japan or collaborating directly with Japanese enterprise clients.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Good English communication skills.
- Prior experience with Infrastructure or Data-related projects.
Mức lương
- Up to 70,000,000₫ per month
