Trách nhiệm chính
- Act as a technical bridge between Japanese clients and engineering teams, communicating complex topics clearly in Japanese.
- Manage technical requirements, clarify specifications, and align business processes with stakeholders.
- Drive maintenance and improvement activities, including issue investigation and system enhancements.
- Prepare technical documents and respond effectively to client inquiries.
- Combine BrSE and project management responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery and communication.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
- Japanese: Business/native level (JLPT N2/JLPT N1).
- 3+ years of experience as a BrSE or in equivalent positions.
- Solid knowledge of software development with practical experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Good English is a plus.
- Have experience in infrastructure, Data project is a plus.
