Maintain positive partnerships across artist and label communities within Vietnam.
Support key partners in Vietnam on the use of Spotify tools, resources, and insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support artists and labels on priority releases in Vietnam.
Collaborate with the regional Music team to ensure localized and successful execution of content strategies.
Ensure Spotify provides an optimal content offering in Vietnam to appeal to new and existing users.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3+ years of experience in the music or entertainment industry.
Established network within the local music industry in Vietnam with relevant contacts among labels and artists.
Strong background in music, technology, and operations.
Deep understanding of content, music and cultural trends, and user engagement behaviors.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
High level of organizational skills, dedication, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
