Maintain proper records of all amounts due to the hotel from guests, concessionaires, tenants, credit card companies, and employees.
Collaborate with the Credit department to follow up on overdue accounts.
Post payments received from the bank to credit card accounts.
Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions and submit daily deposit slips for bank pickup.
Handle credit card inquiries and prepare vouchers for chargebacks or rebates.
Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for all credit card charges.
Post daily transactions to city ledger accounts and ensure balances are accurate.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
