Trách nhiệm chính
- Manage factory test stations from conceptualization to sustaining, serving as point of contact for internal and external teams, overseeing test readiness, risks, and communication with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop test strategy and optimize test processes across the entire production line, including simultaneous multithreading, sub‑assembly, final assembly, test, and pack (FATP).
- Drive yield, retest, and test issues for the test line.
- Work with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) on test‑related processes, test fixtures readiness, cycle time/UPH, and line balance; manage schedules and plan for all test engineering deliverables (data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, fixture bring‑up, fixture qualification, ongoing audits, etc.).
- Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to develop test coverage, assess process flow, equipment/fixture designs, process controls, implementation schedules, and validation plans prior to any engineering build.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies and optimizing test processes.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of Technical Program Manager, Central Test Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in hardware test debugging, troubleshooting, Capital Expenditure (Capex) optimization, and failure analysis investigation.
- Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and working with international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners to mass produce consumer electronics products.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies and plans.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently to manage stakeholders in the region.
