1. XÂY DỰNG & PHÁT TRIỂN VĂN HÓA DOANH NGHIỆP 1.1 Chuẩn hóa và triển khai giá trị cốt lõi, văn hóa hành vi của KPP Land trong toàn công ty 1.2 Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển văn hóa tổ chức 1.3 Đóng vai trò “người giữ lửa văn hóa”, đảm bảo văn hóa được thể hiện trong: - Cách tuyển người - Cách đánh giá – khen thưởng – kỷ luật - Cách lãnh đạo và quản lý đội ngũ 2. QUẢN TRỊ NHÂN SỰ TỔNG THỂ 2.1 Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa: - Cơ cấu tổ chức - Mô tả công việc (JD) - Khung năng lực & tiêu chí đánh giá (KPI) 2.2 Quản lý toàn bộ vòng đời nhân sự: - Tuyển dụng – hội nhập – đánh giá – phát triển – giữ chân 2.3 Phối hợp triển khai/tổ chức các hoạt động đào tạo 2.4 Tham mưu cho Ban lãnh đạo về: - Chính sách nhân sự - Văn hóa quản trị con người phù hợp với ngành môi giới BĐS 3. TUYỂN DỤNG & PHÁT TRIỂN NHÂN TÀI 3.1 Lập kế hoạch và xâu dựng quy trình tuyển dụng theo chiến lược kinh doanh từng giai đoạn 3.2 Phối hợp xây dựng lộ trình phát triển: - Nhân viên kinh doanh - Cấp quản lý (Trưởng phòng, Giám đốc) 4. CHÍNH SÁCH LƯƠNG, THƯỞNG & PHÚC LỢI - Xây dựng và quản lý: - Chính sách lương – thưởng - phúc lợi - Cơ chế đãi ngộ gắn với hiệu quả và giá trị văn hóa 5. HÀNH CHÍNH & PHÁP LÝ NHÂN SỰ Quản lý hành chính văn phòng, tài sản, nội quy lao động 5.1 Đảm bảo tuân thủ: - Luật lao động - BHXH, BHYT, BHTN - Xây dựng quy trình – quy chế nội bộ rõ ràng, dễ áp dụng 5.2 Phối hợp các công tác thuế TNCN, làm việc với các cơ quan quản lý, bảo hiểm,... 6. THỰC HIỆN CÔNG VIỆC KHÁC DO BAN TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC GIAO THÊM
