1. Chiến lược và kế hoạch Xây dựng chiến lược marketing trung và dài hạn phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của Công ty và từng dự án. Lập kế hoạch marketing năm, quý, tháng: ngân sách, kênh triển khai, chỉ tiêu hiệu quả (KPI). Phối hợp với Khối Kinh doanh để thiết kế chiến dịch quảng bá, giới thiệu sản phẩm, sự kiện mở bán, trải nghiệm dự án. 2. Truyền thông – Thương hiệu Quản lý và phát triển hình ảnh, nhận diện thương hiệu Công ty và các dự án trên các kênh truyền thông online/offline. Xây dựng kế hoạch PR, truyền thông báo chí, KOLs, tổ chức sự kiện, hội thảo, lễ mở bán, lễ khởi công... Giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả các hoạt động truyền thông, quảng bá. 3. Digital Marketing & Nội dung số Triển khai các hoạt động Digital Marketing: Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube, Email Marketing... Quản lý nội dung trên website, fanpage, sàn BĐS trực tuyến, các nền tảng OTA (đối với sản phẩm nghỉ dưỡng). Phân tích dữ liệu khách hàng, tối ưu chiến dịch quảng cáo và hiệu quả chi phí. 4. Nghiên cứu thị trường và sản phẩm Nghiên cứu thị trường BĐS và du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, đối thủ cạnh tranh, xu hướng tiêu dùng. Đề xuất ý tưởng sản phẩm, chính sách giá, chiến lược định vị phù hợp với từng nhóm khách hàng. Hỗ trợ xây dựng tài liệu bán hàng, brochure, video, bản vẽ marketing dự án. 5. Quản trị đội ngũ & ngân sách Tổ chức, phân công và kiểm soát công việc của nhân viên phòng Marketing. Đào tạo, phát triển năng lực đội ngũ nhân sự Marketing. Quản lý và tối ưu ngân sách Marketing đảm bảo hiệu quả và tuân thủ quy định tài chính của Công ty
