Mục tiêu công việc: Xây dựng và vận hành đội ngũ sale theo hệ thống Đảm bảo doanh số team tăng trưởng bền vững Biến Tahico từ: Bán sản phẩm → Bán giải pháp toàn diện gara Trách nhiệm chính: 1. Quản lý & vận hành team Quản lý đội telesale + sale thị trường Theo dõi KPI hàng ngày: Số cuộc gọi Follow khách Tỷ lệ chốt Đảm bảo: Không có sale “ngồi chơi” Không có khách bị bỏ 2. Doanh số & kế hoạch Lập kế hoạch doanh số: Tuần – Tháng – Quý Phân bổ chỉ tiêu cho từng sale Theo dõi – điều chỉnh theo thực tế Chịu trách nhiệm doanh số toàn team 3. Xây dựng hệ thống bán hàng Chuẩn hoá: Script gọi điện Quy trình follow Quy trình chốt & upsell Biến team từ: Bán cảm tính → Bán theo hệ thống 4. Quản lý CRM (Getfly) – TRỌNG TÂM Đảm bảo: 100% data được xử lý Không có data chết Không trùng khách Phân loại khách: Khách nóng Khách tiềm năng Khách lâu chưa mua 5. Đào tạo & kèm cặp Nghe ghi âm cuộc gọi → sửa trực tiếp Training: Sản phẩm Cách bán giải pháp (combo) Kèm trực tiếp: Sale yếu Sale không đạt KPI 6. Phát triển doanh số & hệ khách hàng Tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi: Call → hẹn → chốt Mở rộng “kệ sản phẩm” khách Giảm tỷ lệ khách bỏ đi 7. Báo cáo & phân tích Báo cáo ngày/tuần: Hiệu suất từng sale Tình trạng data Nguyên nhân mất khách 8. Phát hiện & xử lý vấn đề (BẮT BUỘC) Phải phát hiện mỗi ngày: Không gọi khách Không follow Báo giá không chốt Và xử lý ngay: Không chăm được khách → chuyển khách Sale yếu → kèm hoặc thay Không đạt KPI → xử lý kỷ luậtQuản lý & khai thác tối đa data trên Getfly CRM (không để chết data)
