1. Tổ chức bộ máy - Tổ chức bộ máy: hỗ trợ triển khai rà soát, cập nhật Sơ đồ tổ chức, chức năng nhiệm vụ các khối phòng đảm bảo tinh gọn, mạch lạc về chức năng nhiệm vụ; - Theo dõi phân hệ OM trên SAP; - Theo dõi bộ hạn mức định mức nhân sự & định biên; - Cập nhật Bản đồ chức danh theo quy định của Tập đoàn/ Sơ đồ tổ chức và kiểm soát thực hiện thông qua xây dựng, rà soát bản đồ chức danh chi tiết song ngữ (Việt - Anh) và các nguyên tắc chức danh thẻ tên đeo ngực, chữ ký email; - Phối hợp cùng các Cán bộ lãnh đạo khối phòng chức năng xây dựng, rà soát cập nhật bảng phân công công việc RASCI cho cơ sở/ khối phòng và bộ mô tả công việc mẫu cho các chức danh. 2. Đánh giá nhân sự - Phối hợp xây dựng bộ tiêu chuẩn phân nhóm và triển khai phân nhóm nhân sự (Nhân viên y tế); - Hỗ trợ triển khai khảo sát 360 định kỳ cho Cán bộ lãnh đạo, bổ nhiệm Cán bộ lãnh đạo hoặc theo yêu cầu của Ban lãnh đạo; - Hỗ trợ triển khai và kiểm soát việc đánh giá năng lực, hiệu quả công việc cá nhân và xếp bậc cán bộ (đảm bảo 100% Cán bộ nhân viên được đánh giá định kỳ theo quy định). 3. Công việc khác: Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu/ phân công của Cán bộ lãnh đạo có thẩm quyền.
