Tham gia tuyển dụng, lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng - đào tạo công nhân viên. Cập nhật, phổ biến quy trình, quyết định, thông báo cho công nhân viên khi có thay đổi. Theo dõi việc thực hiện chính sách, nội quy, quy định của Công ty. Quản lý và cấp phát đồng phục, công cụ, dụng cụ lao động, thiết bị cho công nhân viên mới. Quản lý và thu thập thông tin dữ liệu nhân sự từ các bộ phận. Quản lý máy chấm công, thực hiện chấm công đối với công nhân viên. Tham gia đề xuất, xây dựng và thực hiện các chính sách lợi ích & quy tắc kỷ luật của công ty theo Luật lao động. Hỗ trợ BGĐ và Quản lý bộ phận trong Công ty để đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của công nhân viên hàng năm; Quản lý công văn đến – đi, soạn thảo văn bản, Hợp Đồng, Thông Báo, Quyết Định, Tờ Trình.....Tiếp nhận, lưu giữ, quản lý hồ sơ công nhân viên và tất cả giấy tờ hành chính. Phụ trách công tác an toàn vệ sinh lao động, PCCC, quan trắc trường, huấn luyện sơ cấp cứu, khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm cho công nhân viên toàn Công ty. Theo dõi các vật tư văn phòng phẩm, vật dụng vệ sinh, tủ thuốc y tế, trang thiết bị văn phòng để đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng cho công nhân viên. Tiếp nhận ý kiến và giải quyết trong phạm vi cho phép các vướng mắc, khiếu nại về chính sách, chế độ, phụ cấp liên quan đến lĩnh vực phụ trách. Tổ chức các sự kiện , các hoạt động văn hóa của Công ty dưới sự chỉ đạo của Quản lý nhân sự và Ban giám đốc. Thực hiện các công việc liên đới khác theo yêu cầu của BGĐ
