Quản lý nguồn nhân lực, máy thiết bị thi công đảm bảo đúng quy định, quy trình kiểm soát an toàn của Công ty. Thông tin chính xác, kịp thời với Phòng/ Ban chuyên môn. Giám sát, đốc thúc việc thực hiện Biện pháp thi công an toàn; đề xuất kịp thời các giải pháp an toàn bổ sung, phát sinh trong thi công đảm bảo an toàn. Không để xảy ra tai nạn, sự cố nghiêm trọng về người, tài sản trên công trường. Huấn luyện, đào tạo, xây dựng ý thức tuân thủ về an toàn vệ sinh lao động cho công nhân. Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tiễn và hướng dẫn công việc để nâng cao năng lực, hiệu quả cho từng vị trí Giám sát an toàn, giám sát kỹ thuật. Tham gia ý kiến xây dựng biện pháp thi công, tổ chức thi công đảm bảo an toàn. Kiểm soát việc tuân thủ các Quy trình, Quy định, Nội quy quản lý an toàn khối công trường đúng Sơ đồ tổ chức Bộ máy quản lý. Triển khai hệ thống bảng, biển nhận diện thương hiệu, biển cảnh báo an toàn theo Phương án phê duyệt. Thiết lập cảnh báo về an toàn kịp thời, phù hợp. Tuần tra, kiểm tra thường xuyên trên công trường, kịp thời nhắc nhở các thầu phụ, CBCNV chấn chỉnh khắc phục, Phòng ngừa tai nạn sự cố. Tham gia, góp ý xây dựng Quy trình quản lý, sửa đổi biểu mẫu, checklist, sổ sách, hồ sơ ghi chép liên quan đến công tác An toàn VSLĐ, an ninh hình ảnh, PCCC.v.v... Tương tác công việc chuyên môn với cán bộ giám sát của Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn giám sát hoặc các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước, thanh tra tại Công trường có hiệu quả. Nắm bắt yêu cầu, đề xuất có liên quan từ các Thầu phụ, tổ, đội thi công để phối hợp xử lý, giải quyết và hỗ trợ.
