1. Mục tiêu công việc Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động kinh doanh, đầu tư và quản trị của Công ty tuân thủ đúng pháp luật. Kiểm soát rủi ro trong các giao dịch dân sự, thương mại và thủ tục hành chính chuyên ngành như kinh doanh bất động sản, đất đai, khoáng sản. Xây dựng hàng rào pháp lý vững chắc để bảo vệ tài sản, thương hiệu và uy tín của Công ty trước các biến động thị trường và rủi ro tranh chấp. 2. Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm Kiểm soát nội bộ: Soát xét tính pháp lý của các Nghị quyết HĐQT, Quyết định của Ban TGĐ, các quy chế nội bộ trước khi ban hành (phối hợp chặt chẽ với phòng HC-NS). Hợp đồng & Đầu tư: Trực tiếp soạn thảo và thẩm định các loại hợp đồng phức tạp như: Hợp đồng hợp tác đầu tư (BCC), hợp đồng thầu EPC, chuyển nhượng dự án và các hợp đồng mua bán. Pháp lý đất đai: Kiểm soát hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan đến bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng và các thủ tục chuyển đổi mục đích sử dụng đất tại các khu công nghiệp (KCN). Pháp lý khoáng sản: Kiểm soát các hồ sơ đặc thù như: Cấp/đổi giấy phép thăm dò, khai thác; báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường; đóng cửa mỏ. Đối ngoại: Đại diện hoặc hỗ trợ Ban lãnh đạo làm việc với các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước, Sở ban ngành và các tổ chức hành chính tư pháp. Cập nhật pháp luật: Cập nhật kịp thời các thay đổi của quy định pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.
