Vai trò chính: Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất cơm dừa sấy khô theo ca, đảm bảo nhà máy vận hành hiệu quả, an toàn, đúng tiến độ, đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và tối ưu chi phí. Chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp với Giám đốc và Quản lý sản xuất về hiệu suất sản xuất và năng suất lao động. Nhiệm vụ hàng ngày / hàng tuần / hàng tháng Hàng ngày 1.Lập kế hoạch sản xuất: Kiểm tra tồn kho nguyên liệu (cơm dừa, bao bì, phụ liệu). Lập kế hoạch sản xuất theo ca Phân công ca kíp, máy móc, nhân sự vận hành. 2.Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất: Kiểm tra vận hành máy móc: băm, sấy, xay, đóng gói. Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình công nghệ và SOP. Giám sát nhân sự ca kíp, kiểm soát thời gian dừng máy, năng suất. 3.Quản lý chất lượng trong sản xuất: Hỗ trợ kiểm soát chất lượng (QC) thực hiện kiểm tra sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn. Đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt độ ẩm, độ mịn và màu sắc tiêu chuẩn. 4.An toàn lao động & vệ sinh: Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các quy định an toàn, PCCC, vệ sinh nhà xưởng. Đảm bảo nhân viên mặc đầy đủ PPE, tuân thủ 5S/Lean trong nhà xưởng. Hàng tuần 1.Kiểm tra bảo trì định kỳ máy móc, báo cáo hỏng hóc. 2.Tối ưu năng suất: điều chỉnh quy trình, cải tiến layout, giảm lãng phí nguyên liệu. 3.Họp đánh giá tiến độ sản xuất với Giám đốc/Chủ dự án. 4.Đánh giá hiệu quả ca kíp, ghi nhận KPI năng suất và chất lượng. Hàng tháng 1.Tổng hợp báo cáo sản xuất: Sản lượng thực tế so với kế hoạch. Năng suất lao động, hao hụt nguyên liệu, mức lỗi sản phẩm. Chi phí vận hành, chi phí sửa chữa bảo trì. 2.Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, giảm chi phí sản xuất. 3.Đào tạo nhân viên mới, nâng cao kỹ năng vận hành.
