About This Job

- Receive technical support requests from distributors and partners related to valves, expansion joints, rubber joints, and vibration isolators.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve technical issues and provide solution consulting.
- Update technical information and product technical guidance to distributors and customers.
- Prepare and manage technical documents and reports internally and according to customer requirements.
- Participate in preparing quotations when technical and commercial coordination is required.
- Use internal systems to prepare technical reports and data statistics.
- Support coordination of technical orders in projects.

- Salary Range: 18,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month.
- Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
- Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
- Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in technical roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Language: Good English communication skills
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skil
- Honest, proactive, and highly responsible
