• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that support digital workplace experiences.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design across frontend, backend, cloud, and integration layers.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to engineers across the squad.
• Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, coding standards, reusable patterns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Support production environments, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilities where required.
• Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, supportable, and compliant with enterprise engineering and security standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent remediation of production issues.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making while remaining hands‑on.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Yêu cầu

• 8 years’ + experience working in Software Development
• Solid experience in Java, JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with React.js or React Native
• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with backend technologies such as Java and Spring Boot
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise platforms and cloud services
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, security, and performance optimisation
• Experience contributing to architecture and technical design decisions
• Experience supporting production environments, including incident management and on-call support
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing strategies, CI/CD, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, containerised environments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and cloud-native application delivery
• Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology
• Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. Selenium, Mocha/Chai/Jest)
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
