About This Job

- Lead planning and execution of offline seller training, workshops, and events.
- Manage event objectives, agendas, timelines, budgets, logistics, and on‑site operations.
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure content quality and smooth delivery.
- Track registration, attendance, seller feedback, and post‑event outcomes to improve programs.
- Identify and develop partnerships with training providers, agencies, Seller KOL, and seller communities.
- Manage partner alignment, scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work with partners to develop joint training programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Review partner performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns to drive seller awareness, registration, participation, and engagement.
- Translate platform updates, program benefits, and seller success stories into clear messages.
- Ensure communication materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
- Develop seller education programs and materials, including presentations, onboarding guides, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
- Work with Product, Operations, and Strategy teams to translate new features, policies, and workflows into learning content.
- Maintain the education material bank, establish SOPs, and keep content accurate and up to date.
- Analyze seller performance data, behavior trends, and operational challenges.
- Identify knowledge gaps and capability gaps among sellers.
- Convert insights into targeted education topics and programs that improve outcomes.
- Drive and track performance of TikTok Shop seller education and engagement activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in brand and/or account management.
- Ability to collect, track, and summarize data.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and resourceful — able to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

- Monthly salary: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫.
