About This Job

- Responsible for activities related to promoting the Company’s sales, including presentations, interpretation/translation, and direct B2B sales.
- Provide technical support for all machinery and equipment owned by the Company.
- Handle technical matters related to machinery and equipment, including customer meetings, complaint handling, loading/unloading, installation, customer training, etc.
- Provide on-site support at customer locations in the event of machinery or equipment malfunctions, as requested by customers or the Company

- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Language: Business-level English; Japanese is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience working for Japanese companies are preferred.
