• Consult project teams on security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
• Review customer security requirements and provide implementation guidance.
• Support project onboarding and security readiness activities.
• Participate in customer security discussions, audits, assessments, and due diligence activities.
• Review project infrastructure architecture, cloud environments, network connectivity, VPNs, and access controls.
• Assess requests related to network connectivity, firewall rules, VPN connections, cloud services, infrastructure services, and software/SaaS solutions.
• Recommend secure and compliant implementation approaches.
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, customer security requirements, and data protection regulations.
• Review project compliance artifacts including PIM, security questionnaires, risk assessments, security exceptions, and audit findings.
• Support resolution of project security issues and escalations, coordinating with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis when required.
• Track and improve SLA for security‑related service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI.
• Support implementation of AI‑assisted governance, compliance review, and service operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across security and infrastructure processes.

Yêu cầu

• Good understanding of TCP/IP Networking, Firewall technologies, VPN technologies, DNS, DHCP, and Routing.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Systems, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud (optional).
• Information Security fundamentals: Access Control, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, and Data Protection.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business‑friendly recommendations.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, IT Service Management, Security Consulting, or IT Governance.
