- Supervise daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning
- Maintain sanitation standards and support servers and hosts during peak meal periods
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance
- Determine training needs and implement plans
- Manage staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
- Lead, influence, and encourage team members while demonstrating honesty and integrity
- Coach and mentor employees to improve knowledge and skills
- Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, procedures, and applicable laws
- Handle guest problems and complaints, providing feedback and coaching
- Monitor alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
