About This Job

- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of assigned outlet(s) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain New World brand standards, service procedures, and operational policies.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of service areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Achieve revenue, profit, and productivity targets established by the resort.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance of the outlet and manage labor costs, operating expenses, and purchasing in line with budget requirements.
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure effective inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction.
- Lead, coach, and motivate associates to deliver exceptional service, conduct training, coaching, and performance discussions, and support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and sanitation standards and maintain workplace health and safety practices in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in an international hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Previous experience as Assistant Outlet Manager, Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing restaurant operations, revenue performance, and service excellence.

- Professional certifications in Food & Beverage operations are advantageous.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
