About This Job

- Marketing Strategy & Budget Management: Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans; manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance against business objectives.
- Integrated & Digital Marketing: Lead online and offline campaigns, performance marketing, content strategy, and digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, traffic, and conversion.
- Market Development: Identify market opportunities, conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop strategies for new healthcare services, including pricing and distribution channels.
- Brand Communications & Customer Engagement: Manage PR, media relations, KOL/KOC partnerships, brand activation, CRM, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead and develop the marketing team, monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report on budget utilization, ROI/ROAS, and business impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership and relevant departments to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and service development.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, customer insights, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to manage budgets, evaluate KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on ROI/ROAS.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in healthcare marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, and hospital management software is an advantage.
