About This Job

- Lead the implementation, oversight, and continuous enhancement of the O5 Program Quality Control Framework within the assigned country.
- Conduct announced and unannounced audits of O5 inspection operations, including Insitu and Crosscheck activities.
- Perform independent reviews of inspection execution, reports, and operational practices to ensure compliance with customer requirements, O5 procedures, and quality standards.
- Document audit findings, identify risks, and issue audit reports, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Review issue audits, crosschecks, and quality investigations, analyze recurring issues, and monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs.
- Conduct monthly KPI reviews, analyze key quality performance indicators, investigate significant deviations, and provide recommendations to management.
- Organize and facilitate regular quality review meetings with country leaders and technical staff, presenting audit outcomes, KPI trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a report review framework, conduct random audits of inspection reports, and provide feedback to improve report quality.
- Ensure proper maintenance and accessibility of quality records, audit reports, and supporting documentation in compliance with O5 and corporate policies.
- Implement and monitor integrity and compliance controls, oversee completion of integrity declarations, and promote ethical conduct across the organization.
- Lead the CAPA process arising from audits, crosschecks, claims, alerts, and customer feedback, ensuring timely root cause analysis and closure.
- Develop and implement quality awareness, competency development, and continuous improvement programs, collaborating with technical management to align standards and expectations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, auditing, inspection, or compliance functions.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and audit methodologies.
- Independent and objective judgment.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Data analysis and dashboard reporting capability.
- Root cause analysis and CAPA management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience within inspection, testing, certification, sourcing, or manufacturing industries.
- Background in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and Textile sectors.
- Familiarity with O5 Program and related quality frameworks.
