- Responsibilities:
- Pursue whole development process of new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.
- Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and realize cost reduction.
- Coordinate with other departments in the factory to analysis the market problem to find out the root cause and make countermeasures.
- Main Job Description:
- Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and realize cost reduction for the electronic/PCB part
- Electronic parts selection and evaluation
- PCB testing and problem countermeasure (EMC, performance and reliability)
