About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop and execute Data Governance Strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide Data Governance Framework, operating model, and governance structure.
- Define governance principles, policies, standards, procedures, and controls for data management.
- Lead the implementation of data governance best practices across the organization.
- Drive data ownership and accountability frameworks across all business domains.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Enterprise Data Management, Banking Operations, Risk Management, Information Management, Data Management Functions.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance Frameworks, DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM Framework, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Lineage, Data Catalog Solutions, Data Privacy & Protection, Information Security Governance, Regulatory Reporting, Enterprise Data Management.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience within insurance, banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Proven track record in establishing and managing enterprise Data Governance programs.
