About This Job

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers in our market, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across product lines and use cases.
- Prospect and develop completely new customer relationships through outbound research, cold calling, email outreach, digital engagement, and face-to-face meetings.
- Research target industries, accounts, and buying centers in the market to map whitespace opportunities and expand coverage beyond the current customer base.
- Uncover customer pain points, technical challenges, and decision criteria through discovery conversations, then position Synopsys solutions with clear value and differentiation.
- Build and maintain account plans and prospecting plans in CRM that capture relationship maps, opportunity intelligence, next actions, and accurate forecasts.
- Partner with marketing, channel partners, technical teams, and sales leadership to execute seminars, webinars, campaigns, and customer engagement programs that generate qualified pipeline.
- Write proposals, quotations, and business communications that are clear, accurate, and aligned to customer needs and internal approval processes.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis, simulation, or technical software.
- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Thailand for customer meetings, events, and account development activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and follow through without constant oversight.

- Knowledge of Ansys products, pricing, or the Thailand engineering and manufacturing market.
