직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Monitor and inspect all piping fabrication, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, fit‑up inspections, and welding inspections for piping systems.
- Verify piping materials, MTCs, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualifications, and NDT reports.
- Review piping isometric drawings, spool drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, API, etc.).
- Witness pressure testing, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, and reinstatement activities.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and subcontractors to resolve quality‑related issues.
- Ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment are calibrated and properly maintained.
- Participate in hold‑point and witness‑point inspections in accordance with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and punch list follow‑up.
Yêu cầu
- Tối thiểu 8-15 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC, tập trung vào xây dựng ống.
- Bằng cử nhân Kỹ thuật Cơ khí hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong các dự án Thủy điện, Hóa dầu, Dầu khí, LNG hoặc Năng lượng.
- Kiến thức vững chắc về ASME B31.3, ASME IX, API Standards và các tiêu chuẩn ống quốc tế.
- Thành thạo kiểm tra hàn, phương pháp NDT và yêu cầu kiểm tra áp suất.
- Bằng chứng ISO 9001 Auditor được ưu tiên.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc với đội ngũ đa quốc gia.
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh (đọc, viết, nói).
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- ISO 9001 Auditor certification is preferred.
Mức lương
- Mức lương: Đến 55 triệu VNĐ
