Trách nhiệm chính
- Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPIs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Formulate and implement warehouse management strategies aligned with organizational goals in both short and long terms.
- Ensure procedures and processes are up to date and executed accordingly.
- Control inventory stock level by conducting cycle physical counts and reconciling with the SAP system.
- Responsible for input, storage, and output of materials, organizing the warehouse, labeling goods, and managing location.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound activities to ensure the quality and quantity of goods in and out.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, plan and implement layout changes when needed.
- Build warehouse processes to manage goods arriving status effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time, with the right parts/materials and correct quantity.
- Provide coaching and disciplining to staff, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.
- Oversee warehouse stock levels and request purchase orders to SC as needed.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and issue monthly reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and Finance team, taking full responsibility to explain any incorrect data to top management.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kho trong ngành ô tô
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với SAP, Jira
- Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập, tự chủ trong môi trường nhanh
- Kỹ năng chi tiết
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
