Trách nhiệm chính
- Carry out transactions and provide services such as opening accounts, receiving deposits, and other cash and non-cash operations in accordance with TCB's procedures.
- Consult customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and advise on suitable personal financial products.
- Manage business plans and achieve assigned business targets.
- Check and reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure cash balances are accurate.
- Participate in training programs and contribute to building a corporate culture aligned with Techcombank's values.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Proficient in office skills.
