About This Job

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams, including architects, engineers, and quality assurance specialists.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of large‑scale software solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and Hitachi's global standards.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the teams, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and development efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product management, project managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope projects, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical assessments to ensure high quality, performance, and scalability of developed products.
- Manage technical risks, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for product lines and technical initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Strong expertise in modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to Hitachi's product portfolio (e.g., Java, Python, C++, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices architecture, big data technologies).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, including offshore or distributed teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with global enterprise software development is highly desirable.
