Trách nhiệm chính
- Support the Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers' pain points, and translate technologies into solutions that meet customers' business goals.
- Call upon technical expertise and sales acumen to lead the qualification process through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions and technical workshops.
- Lead RFPs/RFIs/Hands‑on POCs by owning the overall process, ensuring optimum collaboration across stakeholders, and converting POCs into contracts.
- Become a trusted advisor internally and externally by providing thought leadership, industry knowledge, and deep understanding across all technologies ByteDance B2B offers.
- Collaborate with solution, product, strategy and R&D teams to influence product roadmap based on market feedback in the region.
- Build or improve tools and processes to scale highly customized technical POCs.
- Present to C‑Suite, business and technical stakeholders to raise brand awareness of ByteDance B2B across APAC and articulate business and technical value.
- Upsell, cross‑sell and drive adoption of ByteDance solutions for existing customers.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in solution engineering, cloud solution consulting or pre‑sales.
- Experience with agent tools such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Kiro or Copilot.
- Experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open‑source models, and cloud‑based AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry.
- Deep industry expertise in one or more sectors such as AI‑native, digital‑native, e‑commerce, entertainment or FSI, along with regional market insights and strong product sales capabilities.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Deep understanding of agent core concepts and design patterns.
- Experience developing agents using open‑source and cloud‑native agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Managed Agent, AgentCore, Agent Builder.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders, translating complex AI concepts into clear business and technical narratives.
- Experience in project management with ability to drive initiatives end‑to‑end.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments; self‑starter with proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong team player with attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture mindset.
