- Analyze business requirements and COM systems to design enterprise‑grade solutions that balance technical excellence, security, scalability, and business value.
- Create comprehensive design artifacts, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation to guide implementation teams.
- Apply systems thinking and design thinking to assess impacts across the COM ecosystem and build proof‑of‑concepts to validate architectural decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and design decisions to diverse audiences including Heads of Technology, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Testing Teams, and Technology Executives.
- Champion platform‑thinking principles by designing reusable, extensible solutions that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Provide strategic input to Technology Leadership on architectural direction, technical debt, and platform evolution.
Yêu cầu
- Experience of 10+ years in application design and / or development roles and 15+ years in Technology generally
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture including designing, architecting microservices in complex environments
- Understanding of DevOps including knowledge of testing automation, AWS cloud, APIs and microservices
- Experience in Java, JavaScript frameworks, especially NodeJS or ReactJS
- Strong solution engineering skills
- Excellent documentation and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices‑based system, Event‑Driven Architecture
- Experience in designing large‑scale systems
- Solid experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure) Services is highly desired
- Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps friendly environment
- Strong understanding of Application Security
- Experience in design tools
- Experience in service integration
- Experience in SDLC
