Trách nhiệm chính

• Analyze business requirements and COM systems to design enterprise‑grade solutions that balance technical excellence, security, scalability, and business value.
• Create comprehensive design artifacts, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation that guide implementation teams.
• Apply systems thinking and design thinking methodologies to assess impacts across the COM ecosystem and undertake proof‑of‑concept builds when required.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and design decisions to diverse audiences including Heads of Technology, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Testing Teams, and Technology Executives.
• Champion platform‑thinking principles by designing reusable, extensible solutions that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization and provide strategic input to Technology Leadership on architectural direction, technical debt, and platform evolution.

Yêu cầu

• Experience of 10+ years in application design and/or development roles and 15+ years in Technology generally.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, including designing and architecting microservices in complex environments.
• Understanding DevOps, including knowledge of testing automation, AWS cloud, APIs and microservices.
• Strong solution engineering skills with experience in Java, JavaScript frameworks, especially NodeJS or ReactJS.
• Excellent documentation and English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices‑based systems, Event‑Driven Architecture.
• Experience in designing large‑scale systems.
• Solid experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure) Services is highly desired.
• Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps friendly environment.
• Experience in design tools, service integration & Application Security.
