Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop and implement supplier management strategies for Google hardware packaging, collaborating with Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Product Engineer (PE).
- Source and qualify packaging suppliers, ensuring alignment with Google's quality standards and product delivery timelines.
- Oversee new product development builds in supplier factories, focusing on high yield rates and efficient pack‑out operations.
- Own packaging supplier manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and manage overall quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Industrial Designers and Design Engineers to ensure packaging quality and manufacturability.
- Provide technical support and training to suppliers, ensuring compliance with Google's specifications and quality standards.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Package Engineering, Materials or Process Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or packaging.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to work with the relevant stakeholders.

- At least 3 years of experience as Senior Supplier Development Engineer, Packaging, Electronic Product Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of printed retail packaging manufacturing processes and design.
- Knowledge of retail type electronic device packaging manufacturing quality control.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and cross‑regionally across various teams.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to mentor team members and showcase leadership potential that contributes to team growth and success.
- Excellent troubleshooting, statistical process control, failure analysis, and program management skills.
