description About This Job
Chi tiết công việc
- Theo dõi kế hoạch, tiến độ, sản lượng và năng suất sản xuất.
- Theo dõi hoạt động tại hiện trường, phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Tổng hợp, quản lý số liệu sản xuất và lập báo cáo định kỳ.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kỹ thuật, Bảo dưỡng, QC để xử lý sự cố và đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Theo dõi tình trạng máy móc, thiết bị và nhân lực phục vụ sản xuất.
- Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ nhân viên và điều phối công việc tại hiện trường.
- Tham gia thực hiện 5S, Kaizen, QC và các hoạt động cải tiến sản xuất.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật sản xuất, Điện – Điện tử, Vật liệu hoặc các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực đúc nhôm, gia công, lắp ráp.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy và hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất.
- Có khả năng theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất, tiến độ, sản lượng và năng suất.
- Có khả năng quản lý, tổng hợp và báo cáo số liệu; sử dụng tốt Excel.
- Có khả năng phát hiện và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh tại hiện trường sản xuất.
- Có khả năng phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề và đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động, cẩn thận và có khả năng làm việc tại hiện trường.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm áp dụng 5S, Kaizen, QC là lợi thế.
- Tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên hoặc khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Nhật tương đương là lợi thế/ưu tiên.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty Nhật.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm hoặc hướng dẫn nhân viên là lợi thế.
