Trách nhiệm chính
- Own end-to-end strategy and planning for Shopee Premium, covering brand acquisition, portfolio expansion, and growth.
- Develop the Premium value proposition, growth plans, and cross‑functional initiatives to deliver commercial targets.
- Evaluate Premium performance and investment effectiveness, translating insights into opportunities to drive growth and scalability.
- Drive Mall differentiation through PR and content initiatives, align cross‑functional teams on Mall‑wide content direction, and leverage performance insights to refine strategy.
- Lead end‑to‑end event planning and execution for flagship events such as Shopee Summit, managing timelines, cross‑functional stakeholders, onsite readiness, and contingencies.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution for Mall‑wide campaigns such as Mall Upsized Day, from strategy and proposition development to cross‑functional alignment and performance evaluation.
- Develop executive‑ready decks and business updates, using data and storytelling to distill complex topics into clear insights, key messages, and recommendations.
Yêu cầu
- 2–4 years of experience in Program/Project Management, E-commerce, Brand/Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to run multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable coordinating across vast stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards, able to turn performance data into clear recommendations.
- Proactive, structured approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous scope and continuously improving how programs are run, not just executing a fixed playbook.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience working in an e-commerce, marketplace, or platform business.
- Experience planning or executing large‑scale events or flagship programs.
- Experience collaborating directly with PR, Content, or Creative teams.
- Prior experience leading a workstream.
