Lead and guide the technical direction for cloud‑based microservices projects, focusing on 24/7 systems such as Traffic Analytics and data services for traffic light controllers.
Design system architecture and define technical standards and best practices for scalability and long‑term maintainability.
Make architectural decisions balancing business needs, operational costs, and future flexibility.
Lead and perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards.
Manage code quality through testing and code quality management tools (e.g., SonarQube).
Establish reliability practices for 24/7 operations, including monitoring, alerting, and resilience.
Provide mentorship and technical coaching to Java Developers.
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and Frontend teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, maintaining project quality and delivery timelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or equivalent position.
Strong experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
Experience designing and operating microservices architectures on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with high‑availability, 24/7 systems.
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and client communication skills.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
