• Lead and execute planned or ad‑hoc fraud audits when red flags are identified.
• Design specialized audit programs to test high‑risk areas such as procurement, disbursements, payroll, and e‑commerce.
• Collect, analyze, and preserve digital evidence and documentation related to fraudulent acts or ethical violations.
• Conduct investigative interviews with relevant parties to verify facts and gather intelligence.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify irregular patterns, suspicious transactions, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Develop and monitor a system of Early Warning Indicators (Red Flags) for financial and operational fraud.
• Assist Management in developing the risk‑based Annual Internal Audit Plan with a specific focus on fraud risk.
• Report significant governance, compliance, and fraud‑related issues to Management in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide actionable recommendations to close control gaps identified during investigations and follow up on implementation.
• Act as an internal consultant for various departments regarding anti‑fraud frameworks and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Charter, manual, and standard fraud‑investigation templates.
• Conduct fraud awareness training for employees and mentor junior audit staff on forensic techniques.

Yêu cầu

• Professional certifications (CFE, CPA, ACCA, CIA) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on fraud investigation in large‑scale organizations.
• Mandatory: At least 2 years of experience as an Audit Senior/Assistant Manager at a Big 4 audit firm or a dedicated Forensic/Internal Audit unit.
• Deep understanding of the Fraud Triangle, investigative methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
• Analytical excellence: strong ability to synthesize complex data and think creatively to uncover sophisticated schemes.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, ACL) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and professional Vietnamese.
• High integrity and professional skepticism, with the ability to remain resilient under pressure during sensitive investigations.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, ACL) is a plus.

• Pay: 2,000₫ - 3,000₫ per hour
