- Develop mobile applications using Flutter
- Develop and maintain backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Take ownership across both mobile and backend development
- Build new features and improve existing functionalities
- Participate in application architecture and technical decision-making
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows, and development processes
- Improve development efficiency using AI tools
- Research and introduce new technologies and tools
- Support junior engineers

Yêu cầu công việc
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of Flutter development experience
- 3+ years of server-side development experience, with hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs
- Experience with database design and SQL
- Experience developing and operating production-level applications
- Experience with Git-based team development
- Ability to independently drive design, implementation, and improvements
Nice to Have
- PHP development experience
- Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience utilizing AI tools in software development (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience with architecture design and technical decision-making
- Experience working in small engineering teams
