Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead discovery workshops with Japanese and international stakeholders to define user stories, process flows, and business rules.
- Author comprehensive Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface constraints, and interactive UI/UX wireframes.
- Act as the strategic communication bridge between Japanese clients and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to review deliverables, monitor quality, and validate user acceptance.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst working directly with external clients.
- Japanese business fluency (JLPT N2 or N1 required) + strong English communication skills.
- Solid grasp of fundamental software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Proven track record in user story mapping, mockups, and client-facing presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Domain experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or logistics.
Mức lương
- Up to 80,000,000₫ per month.
