Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead discovery workshops with banking Business, Operations, IT and Data stakeholders; identify the decision-makers, users and system owners needed to understand the full problem.
- Assess banking system landscapes, operational workflows, data flows, dependencies and constraints, including data access, security and customer data policies.
- Translate findings into prioritised use cases and realistic POC or pilot scopes, with objectives, boundaries, assumptions, required data and measurable success criteria.
- Map customer needs to Xora capabilities with Product and Architecture teams; challenge gaps, validate feasibility and distinguish available capabilities from work still required.
- Guide banking BAs on domain context and review their requirements for accuracy, completeness and consistency with the proposed scope.
- Present recommendations, explain trade-offs and align customer expectations; provide a clear handover to Delivery and resolve domain questions during execution.
- Stay close to an evolving product through regular collaboration with Product and Delivery; turn customer insights into reusable consulting knowledge and product feedback.
Yêu cầu
- Senior-level, practical experience in banking IT operations or information systems, gained within a bank or through substantial, direct delivery or consulting work with banking customers.
- Strong understanding of how banking systems support real operational processes, and how system dependencies, data availability and banking data policies affect solution scope.
- Proven ability to lead customer discovery, ask probing questions, facilitate workshops and turn ambiguous needs into structured recommendations and scope.
- Ability to connect business problems with software, data and technology capabilities, and collaborate credibly with banking stakeholders, architects and engineers.
- Strong ownership, judgement and follow-through; comfortable learning continuously and consulting with a product that develops as customer needs evolve.
- Clear communication in Vietnamese and working English for technical materials and collaboration.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in banking software delivery or modernisation; cloud, data or AI projects; and defining or supporting customer POCs and pilots.
- Depth in a relevant banking domain such as payments, lending, digital banking or data operations is valuable.
